Beautiful gardens enhance the hotel experience.
The cleaning staff made up my room very late and forgot to replenish basic items like coffee. The pool area was unusable due to the overwhelming presence of pigeons and their droppings, which also covered my balcony, making it impossible to enjoy. I had to call multiple times just to get these issues addressed, which really soured my visit.
